The UV radiation directed to the lamp’s back side is deflected around the lamp to the substrate almost without loss thanks to special reflector geometry. The optimized reflector system has increased UV yield and intensity enormously, which has boosted the system’s performance and reduced energy consumption. The double peak resulting from the reflector geometry and the increased radiation dose provide a considerably improved curing of UV inks, lacquers, silicones, adhesives, etc.

The clou of LightGuide are the easily replaceable reflector inserts. With this particular design, the user can adapt the UV intensity to his process (e.g. broad reflecting or focussed). Also dirty reflectors can be replaced in a very short time.

UV lamp outputs of up to 240 W/cm offer output reserves for demanding curing tasks.

Thanks to plug connections, the UV lamp can also be replaced very quickly and without problem.

The module connections can be pivoted by 90°. Therefore, the module is very flexible and can be used as an insert module in the final UV dryer and as an interdeck dryer with limited space available between the machine panels.

All module connections are plug & play versions.
